Pathfinder works hand in hand with the families we serve to positively impact the lives of children. Our goal is to provide each patient with outcome-oriented care tailored to put each child on a path to physical and social independence. Pathfinder is the culmination of our fifteen plus years experience serving the special needs children of Texas. After being involved in both geriatric and pediatric home health and rehabilitation clinics, we realized that pediatric patients, caregivers, and clinicians need and deserve a specialty program designed to meet the many challenges specific to pediatric care. We focus on providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to the underserved youth of Texas, and will strive to provide our families with the best possible care.
